- From receipt of your payment in full (Paypal, check, money order) we will then forward you the questionnaire for the design package that you ordered.
Answers
- You provide us answers to our questions for your package design. Please be as detailed as you can in your answers as this provides us with important information for us to utilize in the design process. If you are ordering a corporate, online or complete package design, once the logo design is approved as final we will provide the additional questions to continue with the remaining items in your package. The logo design is the key design element in your identity and completing it to final is the first task.
Proofs / Revisions / Approval
- From receipt of your answers to our questions you can expect to review your logo proposals within 5 business days.
- Revisions are provided for your review within 1-2 business days.
- Once you have given final approval we will prepare your logo design files within 1-2 business days.
Delivery
- After you receive your final logo files from DrGraphicDesign.com, we encourage you to make a backup of the ZIP file on a flash drive, CD, DVD or any storage device should you lose the file in the future. For your protection, we backup all of your files should you ever require in the future.
